How to build a winter snow house for a snowman

Where does a snowman go to dance? A snowball! Where does a snowman live? If he’s lucky, he lives in one of these sparkling, winter snow houses you can DIY. These sweet, snow houses are made from STYROFOAM Brand Foam, so you can make them as large or as small as you like. Make several and create your own little Christmas village. And there’s no reason to take them down after Christmas – you can enjoy your DIY snow village all winter long.

These are so cute -- you could make several little houses for a Christmas village. The photos below link to the tutorials on

Vintage Arctic Snow House

This is so cute! It's made from Styrofoam brand foam and can be any size you like.

Winter Wonderland House

This would be a fun mom & child project. Mom could cut out the shapes to build the house, and the kids can paint and decorate the house and snowman.

Snowy Felt & Foam House

You can really make this! It would be cute to display all winter long.

Glittering Snow Village

This is so much easier than making these little houses from wood -- they're made from Styrofoam brand foam. More durable than paper houses, too. Cute!
