Five favorite snowman crafts (and a giveaway!)

I am in a snowman frame of mind this week. Perhaps it’s because we went to see the new Disney movie Frozen last weekend. Have you seen it? We loved it. To finish out a week of snowman craft tutorials, I’m sharing five favorite snowman crafts from the past. And I have another snowman joke (or two), and a giveaway (no joke). But first, let’s build a snowman.

I can't choose just one -- these are all adorable snowmen!

In no special order, here are the five, all-time favorite snowmen of Crafts ‘n Coffee readers. Each photo and project title links to the tutorial, so enjoy and be inspired.

Snowman Cloche (made from a repurposed, plastic soda bottle)

Are you ready for two more snowman jokes? (Corny, but fun.) Here you go:

  • What do snowmen wear on their heads?
  • What do you get if cross a snowman and a shark?

Do you know the answer to one of these jokes? Or do you have your own snowman joke you’d like to share? Tell me about it below and you’ll be entered to win one of two gift packs of five Christmas craft magazines. Leave an answer to one of these snowman jokes, or leave your own snowman joke by next Thursday, December 12. I’ll announce the winner on Friday, December 13 (which makes it a lucky day).

Christmas craft magazine giveaway on Crafts 'n Coffee!

You could win this collection of Christmas craft magazines. I’m giving away two sets!

Thanks for sharing in the snowman fun this week.

Happy crafting.

**Please Note: This Giveaway is Closed.**

P.S. The answer to yesterday’s snowman joke is: A snowman’s favorite cake is one with lots of frost-ing (or ice-ing).

Thanks so much for the chuckle and sharing your cute snowman jokes! I hope you’re having a fun and crafty weekend. Perhaps you’re seeing a little snow yourself right now? Sharon

      • ColleenB. says:

Not really snow; just a whole lot of ice which made our ground white :{ It’s like one big ice skating rink out here. You try and walk down the driveway to the mail box and all you do is slide right back down again; loosing more ground then gaining. Haven’t had the mailman go through now for 2 days cause the roads and streets out here in the country are really bad.
Started to thaw some tho today which helped but then at night it refreezes again which makes it even worse. All and all we’re taking it all in stride even tho it did take hubby 2 hours to get home from work early this morning which normally is a 1/2 hour drive.

      • Sharon says:

It sounds very challenging, Colleen. Ice is so much worse than snow. May you get a big thaw very, very soon, and in the meantime, stay safe! Sharon
