So far this week, it appears that I have Candy Crafts on the brain. (Check out my Christmas Peeps Wreath and PEEPS Candy Bouquets for a sure sugar rush.) Today I’m sharing a few more sweet ideas I’ve found online for Christmas Candy Crafts. I’ve collected tutorials for making Gumdrop Trees, Peppermint Topiaries, Candy Wreaths, and more. If you’re looking for a fun Christmas craft for the kids, it doesn’t get better than this. Is it any wonder that Santa often leaves a toothbrush in the Christmas stockings?

Christmas Candy Topiary Trees by Amanda Jane Brown.

Amanda Jane Brown, from the blog of the same name, made a beautiful collection of Christmas Candy Topiaries in traditional colors. She has an easy-to-follow tutorial for making these too.

Amanda Jane Brown displayed these Gumdrop Topiaries for eight Christmas seasons.

Believe it or not, Amanda made her first Gumdrop Topiaries back in 2003, and then displayed them every Christmas for the following eight years! I love that you can make them once and then enjoy them for many years to come. (Tip – a cone of STYROFOAM™ Brand Foam won’t absorb any moisture, so it won’t collapse and it won’t mold.)

Speaking of gumdrops, here’s a sweet Gumdrop Topiary from Jenni of The Vintage Umbrella. Jenni’s topiary was for a birthday, but by changing the container and the ribbon, you can easily make this a Christmastime centerpiece. If you wanted, you could also use only red, green and white gumdrops.

I saw this pretty Gumdrop Wreath on Thoughtfully Simple, but unfortunately, there are no instructions. I would follow Jenni’s technique and simply adapt it to a wreath.

Here’s another take on a Peppermint Topiary – Candy Cane Trees. I love these and they look fairly easy to make. You’ll find them on the Pizzazzerie.

Dreamy Whites shares a Peppermint Candy Wreath. Her blog is gorgeous, and I guarantee you that you can’t look at just one page on Dreamy Whites.

Suzanne at Lookie Loo Photography made a pair of Peppermint Wreaths to dress up her kitchen cabinets. Her tutorial is excellent, and she shares an easy tip for getting rid of glue gun strings, too.
