I don’t live with sports-crazed young ‘uns, but it’s very possible that you do. Today’s tutorial is for soccer theme wall art, but you could easily adapt it for basketball, baseball, tennis, just about any sport played with a ball. Scrapbook papers and embellishments make it easy to DIY this soccer theme wall art, and because you’re using foam discs, they serve as bulletin boards, too. (For more kids’ room decorating ideas, check out yesterday’s post, too.)
You could dress up the Soccer Wall Art with photos, embellish it in team colors and with team logos, and even add custom papers found online.
In this version, I used one larger disc to make this double-duty Soccer Bulletin Board.
And now, the winner of last week’s giveaway is . . . I’d like to congratulate Stella, winner of the book Dessert Bouquets and a craft apron. Because so many readers are celebrating special occasions, I decided to celebrate, too, and give away two more craft aprons. M-A and Cathye Clark each won a craft apron. (And if I didn’t draw your name, don’t despair. I have one more copy of Dessert Bouquets tucked away for a future giveaway.)
Stella, Cathye and M-A, please contact me so we can work out the shipping details.
Thanks for joining in this week. Have a wonderful weekend!
