It’s day #2 in the blogiversary celebration at Crafts ‘n Coffee, and I’m taking a look back at the most popular crafts of the year. I had no idea when I featured the DumDum Topiary from Meet the Dubiens that so many readers would want to know how to make a Lollipop Tree. This candy topiary is in the #2 spot on Crafts ‘n Coffee. I also see that the Peeps Topiaries featured just last week are in the top 10 crafts of the year. It looks like everyone loves to craft and celebrate with candy!
I’ve included a few other candy crafts on Crafts ‘n Coffee, and here’s where you can find them:
Easter Marshmallow Peeps Topiaries
Valentine’s Day Conversation Heart Candy Crafts
Rock Candy Christmas Topiaries
Please be sure to stop in at Meet the Dubiens and thank Jill for sharing her Lollipop Tree with us. I think you’ll really like her blog, too – it’s packed with so many fun ideas, especially for kids.
Today’s blogiversary giveaway is something every crafter needs – a five-pack of Apple Barrel Paints and a Mod Podge Starter Pack, both from Plaid. You’ll love the intense colors and thorough coverage of Apple Barrel Paints; they’re kid-friendly and economical, too. And what can I say about Mod Podge that you don’t already know? The starter pack includes five two-ounce bottles in the following finishes: Original Gloss, Original Matte, Sparkle, Outdoor, and Paper Matte. (Yep, Mod Podge now has a sparkle finish!)
I have no special question today – just leave a comment below and tell me what’s on your mind. I’ll draw someone’s name after midnight on Sunday, April 15 to win the Plaid Crafts giveaway. (And don’t forget to check in on yesterday’s blogiversary giveaway.)
Happy crafting!

Today I am thinking about updating my computer, but thanks for the chance to enter! I love the bouquet above too!
I love the candy topiary’s as well. It reminds me of when I was a kid and I went to Magic Mt. (6 Flags now). I recall going into this candy store and it was magical. They had candy topiary’s and sculptures made with Hershey Kisses and Reese’s etc. It was amazing and everytime I see these it takes me back. I just love these.
Sweet memories, Sar! What’s not to love about a kid in the candy store? Happy crafting. Sharon
I haven’t used Mod Podge in decades – this will be fun to try again. Thanks for the chance to win!
